I am really pleased with the service provided by Artius Fire Protection. As a leaseholder with Westminster Council, I took the initiative to upgrade my front door, which was over 25 years old, to an approved FD30 rated fire door. After extensive research, I encountered several companies, but many were only interested if I was part of a larger bulk order. Artius Fire Protection, on the other hand, was more than happy to assist with a one-door installation tailored to my needs. They were very responsive and provided full support during the process of replacing my door with the council, which was not exactly straightforward. They even arranged for door colour samples to be sent to my address to help me decide on the best colour. During the initial consultation to help me choose the right door for me, my emails were always answered almost immediately. Based on my experience, I could not recommend them enough.
